This name purports to have been established in a publication of the Deutsche Brugmansia Gesellschaft, with the title “Deutsche Brugmansia Gesellschaft e.V.”, issued in about 2013. However, the pdf version (available at the DBG website) bears no date and the hard copies deposited in the libraries cited on the end page are entered in the catalogues as being from “ca. 2013”. We therefore conclude that this publication is undated, and thus contravenes Art. 26.1 of the 2009 Code, meaning that publication (and hence establishment) of new names had not been effected there.
