This is a flower from a cutting from William George x Joan’s Surprise, and it’s a six pointer which it making it a little floppy.  Struggling for a name for my friend Terry who first grew this plant out last year.

      Nice though

        Hi Wayne,

Long time no talk!  If you wanted to do a play on words with Terry’s name, you could use Butterry, Masterry, Glitterry, Mysterry.  It’s all I got, lol. 😉

Good to hear from you Donna 😊.  Hope you and family are well.

I’m looking forward to seeing it flower again,  and hopefully will give me some inspiration.

I’m mulling over El Tel , as Tel is as I found out a diminutive of Terry.

I’ve registered my cross of Joan’s Surprise x DS William George which turned out to have great twangers/tendrils and the colour of the corolla to go from yellow to gold.

The scent is pretty good too. have named it it after my long suffering, good friend Terry who first grew my seedling out.

The bloom below is just a day old from opening and developing its inner gold colouring.
