The changes go into effect January 1, 2024
The Herald is scheduled for publication in January and July. All new cultivar submissions for the January edition must be received by January 1, and for the July edition, submissions must be received by July 1. Submissions received after these deadlines will be included in the subsequent issue of the Herald, without exceptions. It is imperative to note that we will no longer accept cultivar names presented entirely in capital letters.
Additionally, we require a designated contact email for any issues or concerns related to your submission. In the event that we are unable to reach you regarding your submission, it will regrettably not be accepted.
For those interested in purchasing a copy of the upcoming Herald, payment must be completed by January 1 for the January edition and by July 1 for the July edition. Failure to make payment by these deadlines will result in the non-fulfillment of your order, as we exclusively order copies based on prepayments, with no exceptions.
