B. ‘Sarah-Sophie’ (Kühn 2010) is not established since the plant has been named against the expressed wish of the breeder (see 2009 ICNCP, Art. 31.4), in whose opinion it is sub-standard.
The IBADS (iBrugs) listing of this name implied (at 26 Dec 13) that it was established in Hay et al. (2012: 397), but this is incorrect. Although it was published there, it was not accepted by the authors (Hay et al., 2012: 397 & 407) and was therefore not established there (see 2009 ICNCP, Art. 27.6). This error is repeated on the Deutsche Brugmansia Gesellschaft website.
